Liquid Dance involves using fluid-like motion of the dancer's body and appendages. Movements are focused on the hands and arm movements, though advanced dancers work with a full range of body movements. Common Liquid Dance moves include Hand Flows, Rails, and Waves. Though its origins are not clear, liquid dancing was propagated through the rave culture of the 80's and 90's and remains a standing part of club and street dancing culture. lessonsSee all “Liquid Dancing” lessons »
