This is *NOT* the dance style called "liquid." The movements are very fluid, but its not "Liquid." I'm not an expert on funk dancing but I might guess this is animation with a lot of body waves. See the French dancer Salah for more examples of this style.
I dont know who writes the description for the dances but they come off as 3rd rate wikipedia entries.
