  Not bad. You have the general mechanics down.
  To get it even sharper:
  
  1. Watch out for "flat palming," stay on your fingertips like a runner coming off the blocks. Being on your full palm will slow you down.
  
  2. the 1st & 3rd steps should be directly behind and in front. Your step 3 often comes off a little short like a quick shuffle. This step should be a powerful one and should look kinda like a reverse bridge, or atleast aim for that height. This will give more overall momentum
