Description:: This vid is too dark but I wanted to share it anyway. I am concentrating on my waist hooping, which is the core of all hoop dance. It's challenging and fun. I'm learning a lot by trying to stay in this area and dance instead of bursting out into tricks. We'll see how I progress. Plus, this song makes me happy.
