Description:: We hosted a Lead with your Heart Yoga Benefit to raise money to help our friend Eric take some time off work and complete his yoga teaching certification. Several of us did various kinds of performances and we asked at $10 donation for people to come see. We also did a silent auction that included a new hoop, some poi, a piece of art, some fresh vegetables and a bubble sword -- all donated. Finally, we raffled a one-on-one yoga session with Eric. All in all, we raised close to $700! Yay! In this clip, Ali and I are fire hooping to Night of the Dancing Flame. We'd never done it before but I think it still came out pretty good.
